Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aesthetics MD, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of care to every client. In order to respect the time of both our providers and other clients, we ask that you review and adhere to the following cancellation and refund policies.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No-show appointments (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged a $100 no-show fee or the deposit may be forfeited.

  • Clients who repeatedly cancel or no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled in order to accommodate other scheduled clients. A cancellation fee may apply.

Deposit Policy
  • Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the appointment is moved with at least 24 hours notice.

Refund Policy
  • Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, all services are non-refundable once performed.

  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Results from aesthetic treatments vary by individual, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

If you are unhappy with your results, we encourage you to contact us so we can evaluate your concerns and determine if a follow-up appointment or corrective treatment may be appropriate.

Package & Prepaid Services
  • Packages or prepaid services are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Unused services may be transferred to another treatment or service of equal value at the discretion of the provider.

  • Packages may not be transferred to another person.

Medical Considerations

If a treatment cannot be performed due to a medical contraindication identified at the time of your appointment, your deposit may be applied toward a future service.
